absolutely terrible, my toilet didn't flush and the lights were all broken. I expected a complimentary upgrade for my inconvenience, but no, just more problems. The 'breakfast' was basically a cruel joke, just bread and black coffee. I almost thought about going easy in this review, but I just couldn't.

Friendly staff made check-in easy.
Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by numerous issues. Our apartment was not fully equipped. there were no pots or pans to cook with, which was a major setback. Moreover, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with rusty shower fixtures and insufficient towels provided for our group of three, and we struggled with the overall hygiene of the space.

I had a delightful stay at Casa Caribe Cancun. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ferry for Isla Mujeres. The spacious apartment had a lovely balcony with beautiful views of palm trees. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my visit enjoyable.
